Tech support for all projects come with the basic package for the first 12 months. You will be provided with the option to renew, but we will not hound you about it nor will we abandon you in your time of need if you decide not to renew, though we reserve the right to review this on a regular basis. Ad hoc support will only be provided on receipt of a purchase order.
